Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down portable bars for banquet events according to event specifications.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas throughout the event.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when applicable.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in banquet or event settings.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
