A3 Technology, Inc. in Egg Harbor City, NJ is looking for a full-time entry-level admin to assist with office functions and HR duties. Office Administrator Duties:
- Corporate office purchasing & receiving
- Keep track of inventory for NJ Corp staff
- Maintain Corporate office environment
- Coordinate maintenance or office repairs
- Ensure any issues involving the phones & internet are resolved
- Greet & check in visitors
- Answer corporate office phone
- Process incoming & outgoing mail
- Plan/coordinate company events
- Official Corporate Notary Public of New Jersey a plus
HR Tasks:
- Perform HR duties for employees with oversite from Manager
CEO Admin Tasks:
- Reconcile American Express bill monthly
- Process AP Report
- Responsible for ensuring the payroll company receives vendor invoices
- Responsible for printing/mailing all corporate checks
- Responsible for keeping track of our insurance policies, making sure they are renewed timely.
ISO Tasks:
- Review & update documents as requested
- Generate top management records
- Conduct peer reviews on QMS
Education:
- Some HR experience or education is preferred.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
