Summit Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Make-Ready Handyman to come join our team at Boulder Crossroads Apartments, located at 7500 Dakin St Denver, Co 80221.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
• Turn vacant apartments
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
