Position: Process Control Clerk

The process control clerk is responsible for creating the schedules for the retail store work releases. The process control clerk maintains the daily productive work flow of the distribution center. This key position requires a person to have effective communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to model positive and professional work ethics.

The schedules for this position are as follows: 1st Shift 6am – 4:30pm and 2nd shift 4:00pm – 2:30am. Qualified candidates must be flexible to move from different shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ROP and WCF releases

• Distribute and maintain RF devices and equipment; run analysis of projections

• Create schedules for store releases

• Address customer and store issues

• Must be able to solve problems and research issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous distribution center and production/process control experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Suite

• Understanding of AS400/JDA

• Experience with pallet riders, stock pickers, or other equipment to transport product within the operation preferred.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced area
