Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing an aftermarket auto parts store, ideally in the GTA.
Software Proficiency: Expertise with auto parts management software (Epicor, Partswatch, NextPart, or equivalents).
Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the major aftermarket auto parts brands and supply landscape in Toronto.
Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving ability and a detail-oriented approach to operations.
Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
