The Byron Union School District is a TK - 8 district located in Byron, CA with approximately 1,200 students and 180+ staff members, with two elementary schools and one middle school serving the communities of Byron and Discovery Bay. The district also offers an independent study program (Byron Institute of Independent Study) serving grades K-8. The Coordinator of Ed Services will provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review and evaluation of the district’s curriculum and instructional services, federal programs, assessment, research and evaluation services. The Coordinator ensures that the district/school education objectives are aligned to state frameworks and to instructional practices that yield the highest standards of student achievement and instructional excellence. The Coordinator of Ed Services reports to the Superintendent and participates as a member of the Superintendent’s administrative team. $112,921.45-$138,879.14 (Master's Stipend: $1000 annually, Doctoral Stipend: $1500 annually) plus Fringe Benefits
