What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be a go-to contact for our sales team. Your primary role will be confirming sales appointments, performing quality control and assisting with other operational duties. You will also be a contact for our inside sales team to help with special requests and maintain leads and data in our CRM system.
Position Requirements:
Customer service skills
Schedule flexibility (Shift start times may vary, occasional Friday afternoon or Saturday shift may be required)
Ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)
Experience or willingness to work independently in a remote (work from home) setting

1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service-related fields or undergraduate degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
Strong written communication and composition skills
High level of professionalism
Task Management – Works well-taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
