Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?
Summary:
The Insurance Processing Team Lead is responsible for researching and addressing client concerns including internal and client inquiries, client escalations, borrower concerns, proactive reports, and analyses to sustain required quality standards. Individuals should possess a clear understanding of all processes and business rules and how each function integrates with client specifications. Individuals will be responsible for training, coaching and counseling team members. Team leads will be required to manage production and quality standards for team members daily.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance tracking
- Ensuring client requirements and expectations are executed
- Reporting of production standards
- Managing workflow and delegating work
- Mentoring staff
- Reviewing QC opportunities with staff

Qualifications:

Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of insurance servicing experience
- Proficient with MS Office (specifically Excel and Word)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
- Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
- Sedentary work. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
- Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
Pay Ranges:
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more. We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.

Pay Range
19.00 - 20.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
