Position Details
- Starting pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on skills & experience)
- Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 4:30PM (Core Hours)
- 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
- Overtime as needed on Friday

Machine Technician & Operator Duties Include
- Operating stamping press, program parts to print and load coils with a crane
- Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal
- Utilizing a forklift to: load material, off-load cut parts, and empty scrap dumpsters
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and quality issues
- Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations
- Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule
- Work safely and independently
Job Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
- Working with hands & finger dexterity
- Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
- Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
