SUMMARY
Join our awesome team as an Account Manager (level TBD) to work with some of Brand Revolution biggest accounts! Unlike your average agency, Brand Revolution is not selling clicks and ad space. Rather, you'll team up with the Senior Account Director to bring branding experiences to life, making sure everything runs smoothly. We're on the lookout for someone super detail-oriented, a pro at working with clients, vendors, and different departments in an agency setup. If you've got experience managing projects in various mediums like videos, podcasts, events, and more – that's a big plus! Your final creations could include cool stuff like videos, podcasts, events, strategy, print/digital assets, and even some awesome swag. Come be a part of our creative journey!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the lead on your assigned programs, making sure everything runs smoothly with internal teams and keeping our clients in the loop every step of the way.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Director to craft thorough job/creative briefs. Set up meetings and share details with assigned interagency teams, working with the client to fill any information gaps as needed.
- Keep project status reports and timelines that can be shared with clients, internal teams, and agency leadership up to date.
- Hold weekly status meetings with assigned clients; include Senior Account Director.
- Lead client facing meetings for assigned programs, including providing an agenda to attendees prior and follow-up/next steps to attendees after.
- Work closely with interdepartmental teams to ensure all necessary information is shared and workflows are not held up.
- Set up and participate in brainstorming and strategic discussions for assigned projects and clients.
- Create client SOWs and budgets that clearly capture program/project expectations – working with agency teams and Senior Account Director.
- Manage the reconciliation and invoicing process as outlined on approved SOW.
- Oversee production and communication between internal teams related to assigned projects.
- Responsible for budget leadership to maintain costs and profitability for assigned projects with Senior Account Director oversight.
- Work with Account Coordinators as needed on a day-to-day or project basis.
- Proactively anticipate and solve issues that may arise during the execution of a project/event.
- Integrate Brand Revolution templates, documents, project management and storage software to follow Haute processes.
- Work with internal project management software to create, assign and manage all project-related tasks and schedules.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned related to program or agency needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, PR, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience working in client services at an advertising agency, or other comparable corporate environments.
- Experience working with internal departments, including creative team, media team, events team, production & accounting team.
- Experience working in a complex environment with multiple moving parts and simultaneous big projects that bring seemingly impossible creative endeavors to life on behalf of the client.
- Intermediate level or higher proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Valid US Driver License and Passport
- Ability to work three days per week in our Cedar Park office.
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally, as needed for client events, including site visits, client meetings and other as needed. (Approximately 15%)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Demonstrates a personable and professional communication style.
- Communicates clearly, verbally and in writing, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly detail oriented & well-organized. Able to track, update, traffic and manage many specific details for multiple projects at the same time.
- Work well under pressure: Has a patient and calm approach when managing multiple projects.
- Proofreading for spelling, grammar, and content.
- Can strategically approach and see a project through to completion, on-time, and on-budget.
- Experience working with project management systems: Wrike, Box, Salesforce or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience working in a full-service advertising agency.
- Preferred: Experience working with podcast and video production.
- Preferred: Experience working with event planning and production teams
- Familiarity with online meeting systems; Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Google Meet.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, PR, or equivalent experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer, and telephone.
- This position requires continuous viewing of a computer screen and sitting for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation for traveling to/from remote working locations.
- Must have a suitable remote office work environment.
- Ability to push/pull/lift to 25 pounds.
