Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a strategically minded Senior Marketing Manager-Integrated Campaigns to become a key leader in our talented Marketing team. In this role you will play a vital part in continuing to build the Culver’s brand through managing marketing campaigns while ensuring the alignment with the overall marketing and organization’s priorities. You will be the person we will count on to ensure marketing campaigns are strategically and effectively executed on behalf of our team members, guests and restaurants.
Essential Functions:
- Set and Manage Campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leverage guest and restaurant insights and performance metrics to guide campaign strategy with Digital Media, Analytics team and agency partners
- Accountable for implementing campaign execution improvements aligned with broader business goals
- Oversee End-To-End Execution of National and Regional Marketing Campaigns
- Responsible for success of all digital, social, TV, radio, out-of-home, and in-restaurant campaign channels
- Provide overall direction and vision to creative and media agency partners to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across national campaigns, regional product tests and other ad hoc campaigns as needed
- Guide and serve as escalation point for content production
- Manage national campaign calendars, ensuring all activations are on time, on brand and within budget
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Menu teams on test campaigns to support the development and promotional rollout of seasonal and core products
- Function as brand steward internally, driving communication across all touchpoints by acting as the marketing liaison between cross functional teams
- Establish, maintain and delegate campaign processes, templates and tools to improve efficiency, collaboration and communication
- Deliver Campaign Communication to Franchisees and Field Teams
- Accountable to deliver details on campaign launches and local activation
- Accountable for the evolution and maintenance of accessible campaign communication technology with internal teams
- Manage Supplier Co-Marketing Relationships
- Align to strategy, manage and maintain budget and oversee execution
- Guide Annual Marketing Planning Process
- Lead and Develop Team Members
- Employ successful communication and coaching to enable individual and team success and engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related degree
- 5-7 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role
- Experience with national campaign execution
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
