Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through research and collaboration across departments.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Communicate shortages or overages to management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to implement best practices in inventory control.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Support periodic physical inventory counts and audits.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, picking, and organizing products to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Participate in special projects related to inventory control improvements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse inventory control, logistics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a production setting for 8+ hours at a time and able to carry, lift, move, or push up to 50lbs to shoulder height repetitively.
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Exposure to warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
