Hybrid Maintenance Technician - 1st shift bei Cooper Farms

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to join our team in Van Wert. 

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination).

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $26-$32 with a potential increase after 90 days (dependent upon experience and placement test)

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Assisting in troubleshooting and fixing machines so that production can continue to run
• Performing all assigned preventative maintenance procedures
• Keeping record of all parts used and/or damaged and accurately complete all required paperwork
