Title:
Analyst I, HR Business Solutions As a Human Resources (HR) Business Solutions Analyst, you will focus on MUNIS to ensure best use of the system as well as work on system setup and collaborations with Payroll, Benefits, and IT. This position will also serve as a functional lead on technical projects for increasing use of HR systems, specifically MUNIS. Coordinate audits and reconciliation with Payroll office to ensure proper accounting throughout the year.
Essential Functions: • Assisting with working Personnel Action Entries (PAE’s) on system dashboard.
• Coordinating tests of the internal HRIS system (MUNIS), researching options and proposing process improvements based on system capabilities.
• Performing regular payroll audits.
• Setting up pay codes, deferred pay calculations and deduction codes.
• Communicating with internal groups on payroll items.
• Developing communication and training material for end-users (partnering with DIIT/HRIS)
• Conducting training for end-users or collaborating with other facilitators
• Support the compensation and payroll modules within MUNIS, ensuring accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Act as a key point of contact for HR system (MUNIS) users, providing troubleshooting support, answering questions, and conducting training sessions as needed.
• Leverage local HRIS team for essential tasks that affect mass district processing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
