Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service

• Sort and distribute incoming faxes and documents to the appropriate staff or department

• Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system with strict confidentiality

• Support other office-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Proper telephone etiquette and professional demeanor

• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry

• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
