Overview
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office position serving as the first point of contact at the corporate office, providing guest reception, phone support, and administrative assistance to our corporate office teams with an emphasis on hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Perform minor bookkeeping and general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors; answer and direct phone calls.
Respond to guest and vendor inquiries and support restaurant locations as needed.
Handle mail, packages, filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with minor bookkeeping such as cash handling for the Ketch Tasting Room.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year reception or customer service experience, restaurant experience a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with phone systems and Microsoft Office.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Frequent computer and phone use; prolonged periods at a desk.
Compliance with CA labor laws for breaks.
