Inside Sales

The Inside Sales position will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, closing sales through phone, email, and virtual communication. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently educate customers.

• Manage and grow a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Process orders and ensure timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to generate leads and develop opportunities.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and virtual customer interactions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
