The Supervisor, Airport Operations and Administration will be responsible for all administrative duties and actively participates in all aspects of airport operations including irregular operations, cleaning of aircraft, and meeting arriving flights. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and overall success of Breeze.

Here's what you'll do

  • Responsible for managing the administration of Guest Services operations departments including badging and parking.
  • Respond to Team Member inquiries in a timely manner and resolve concerns
  • Analyze reports and deliver key trends and escalate issues appropriately
  • Protect the integrity of confidential information for all matters
  • Work flexible hours and be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays to handle irregular operations and flight interruptions
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting departmental needs and requests
  • Interact with all levels of management, business partners, and business community leaders
  • Respond to business partner concerns in a timely manner
  • Compose correspondence and prepare presentations, reports, and other ad hoc projects
  • Manage invoices and supply ordering for all HPN
  • Ensure all Team Members understand and apply Breeze Guest Commitment and Guest Service standards to their daily responsibilities
  • Model Breeze’s Guest Service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction
  • Assist Guest Services leadership as needed
  • Ensure and maintain a safe environment and operation
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Other company operational and/or administrative duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • 2+ years leading a diverse workforce
  • 2+ airline guest service experience
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, QA, and data reporting
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in Station Operations and working with the FAA, DOT and TSA
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with ability to lead, train, and motivate
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
