SUMMARY 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the company’s executive staff. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. This is an in person position. 

  • Keep the General Manager's advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, and attending to logistics of meetings, and taking notes.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
  • Complete a variety of special projects.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

License:

Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.
