Salary:
The hourly range for this position is $16 to $20, however starting wage will depend on qualifications, skill, and experience.

Job Summary: As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be in charge of overseeing and keeping records of all shipping and receiving. More specifically, you will be required for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another. In this position, you will monitor company packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Log Receivers into ERP system
Receive outgoing product from appropriate production department, package per any instructions provided, label and schedule small package or LTL shipper
Complete paperwork and submit to the Finance department for invoice
Final inspection and loading of all courses to be shipped to customers
Communicate with the Purchasing Department on delinquent shipments
Coordinate with material handlers (cleaners) for bundling material and returning carts
Coordinate with Supervisor on the direction of a project and completion of shipping
Responsible for all outgoing shipments to customers including product fulfillment orders
Follow all safety standards and procedures
Work independently and be a self-motivator
Able to work within timelines
Maintain a clean workplace
Contribute to the quality control of the project

Knowledge/Experience Required:
A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is required
Experience with inventory and ERP Systems
Basic carpentry skills
Highly efficient and organized in a multi-task environment
Able to coordinate and load trucks for shipments
Ability to lift 50lbs
