Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager
Location: BigShots Golf, Fort Worth

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor food prep staff, manage recruitment, training, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate on budget management to maximize profits.
  • Oversee cooking operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Maintain equipment, sanitation standards, and safe alcohol service.
  • Support front and back-of-house operations, ensuring recipe and plating consistency.
  • Embrace company culture and policies.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, food planning, and personnel management.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
  • 2-3 years of kitchen operations experience in a high-volume environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and transporting food items.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Exposure to high temperatures and temperature changes.
