About the Role:

As an Accounting Manager, working in rotation with another experienced Accounting Manager, you’ll lead accounting operations for our multi-division field site in Prudhoe Bay. This isn’t a desk job buried in spreadsheets — you’ll be a key part of making things run smoothly behind the scenes, where accuracy, leadership, and hustle matter every day.

In this Role, You Will:

• Lead with Integrity: Supervise and support your accounting team with accuracy, efficiency, and care — just like family.

• Own the Numbers: Reconcile ledgers, monitor billing and payments, manage aging reports, and ensure vendor and customer records are spot-on.

• Drive Results: Complete month-end closing, wire transfers, and support audits like a pro. Stay organized, stay sharp, and move fast when it counts.

• Keep Safety First: Operate in compliance with all federal, state, and company financial and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years in accounting with at least 3 in a supervisory role (10 preferred).

• Education: Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience.

• Skills: GAAP, Microsoft Office, 10-key proficiency, strong communication, NetSuite a plus.

• Mindset: Agile, collaborative, and badass — you lead by example and roll up your sleeves to get things done.

• Must pass pre-hire background check, physical, and drug screening.
