Primary Job Duties:

This is a full-time position.

• Supervise clerks to verify that daily  tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel
• Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
• Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for MX personnel
• Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and verifying shift coverage
• Assist in maintaining parts inventory and purchases
• Coordinate with Parts Supervisors to perform tasks
• Tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old or older
• Possess valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Evaluate and solve problems
• Demonstrate strong people and employee-relations skills
• Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary
• Detail-oriented and quick learner
• Computer knowledge helpful
• Available for any shift
