What You’ll Do

Formulate new products and improve existing ones

Conduct physical and chemical stability tests

Evaluate new raw materials

Independently perform and verify lab techniques

Document results in lab notebooks and written reports

Present project progress to team members

Follow safety protocols and assist with pilot batch production

What You Bring

Education: BS in Chemistry

Experience: 0–3 years in chemical analysis or related lab work

Skills:

Competency in chemical analysis techniques

Strong attention to detail

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
