Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Shift available is 3 weeknights with no weekends 7p-7a

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Monitor patient care standards and outcomes, providing guidance and support to nursing staff.

- Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Address patient and family concerns, ensuring a compassionate and responsive approach.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
