Job Summary:
The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property including but not limited to hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot, pool area, trash compactors/dumpsters.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance of common areas, including carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, trash collection.
- Minor landscaping, leaf blowing and power washing.
- Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized.
- Clean community pool, pool area/grills and other outdoor spaces.
- Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Lead Maintenance.
Requirements:
- Work rotating weekends.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
