Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Consistent work attendance which may include overtime and on-call responsibilities.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Ensures grounds are free of trash and debris.
- Maintains records of maintenance procedures.
- Responsible for various projects performing general maintenance, interior/exterior painting, plumbing, roofing, tiling, heating/cooling, and lawn care.
- Maintains a safe and clean work site.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to navigate through work order systems in clarity and in The WorxHub.
Education & Qualifications:
· High School diploma preferred.
· Maintenance related certifications, desired but not required.
· Minimum of 2 years’ facilities maintenance experience.
· Working knowledge of plumbing, heating / cooling, water and building construction.
· Approved by federal, state and local governmental entities to work with BSLS.
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
