Responsibilities

· Provide technical support for hardware and software issues in medical systems.

· Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

· Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operations.

· Train staff on software applications and provide ongoing user support.

· Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring optimal functionality.

· Collaborate with different departments to assess and address their IT needs effectively.

· Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and technical information.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

· Proven experience in IT support or as an IT Generalist, preferably in a healthcare setting.

· Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented approach.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.

· Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

· Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
