Hybrid Customer Service Rep bei Bay Insulation Systems Inc

Description

The Customer Service Representative supports customers along with the plant manager and district sales managers to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. On a regular basis, this position will contact accounts and build relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities for this position include coordinating files, answering incoming phone calls, ordering office supplies and sending/receiving mail and freight packages. 

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing D365 software for printing paperwork, labels, picking tickets, and sales receipts.
• Enters data and import orders into the computer system.
• Generates Bol’s using Redwood and contacts carriers to schedule pick-ups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and deliveries dates and times to customers.
• Work with XQ system to generate quotes, orders, and cut list for accounts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• One year of customer service experience, preferred.
• One year of office experience, with proper phone etiquette, and communication skills, preferred.
• One year of sales experience, preferred.
• Logistics experience, preferred
