The Occupational Therapist provides quality Occupational Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‐year college or university with a degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters degree preferred.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with senior population. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
• Maintains current PA License as an Occupational Therapist, including meeting continuing education requirements.
