We are looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and other essential details in real time. 6 months to 1 year as a full-time scribe in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters, medical history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Input orders for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals under provider supervision
- Ensure medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations
- Assist providers by tracking test results and updating patient charts
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Support the clinical team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus, but not required – Training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and have a strong work ethic
Work Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available between 10 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
- Ideal for Medical Scribes needing non-traditional work hours
