POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Manager - Client Success Director (CSD) provides leadership to Client Success team members and serves as a leadership extension to client stakeholders to ensure the successful operation and renewal of all programs supporting ITA Group Customer Solutions, Channel Partner and Employee Experience solution lines. The CSD provides ongoing leadership and input related to Value Chain process evolution, team member program assignments and ensures overall program and account objectives are being met from both client and ITA Group perspectives 

The Client Success Director manages team resourcing, workflow and internal processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency. The CSD supports team members in improving their individual impact and progress toward developmental goals.

 Direct Reports include some or all of the following: Client Success Managers, Sr. Client Success Managers, Client Success Associates  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or applicable field and/or or seven years of account management, project management and/or formal people-leadership experience preferred.
  • Solid business acumen with a positive, professional attitude, able to build strong relationships and earn the respect of colleagues and customers. Experience and ability to interact with senior managers and executives.
  • Strong critical thinking & decision-making skills with solution-oriented outcomes in mind.
  • Proven track record of displaying a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
  • Articulate and skilled with interpersonal communication.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Project Management Software and CRM system knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles with experience in preparing and assessing financial budgets and profitability.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and in an effective and organized manner.
  • Ability to generate enthusiasm and dedication to support team members in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Capable of being creative while analytically viewing challenges to develop client-focused solutions. Willingness to try new ideas and challenge status quo.
  • Ability to think and act in a proactive manner.
  • Ability to take and give direction accordingly.  
  • Ability to travel as needed on behalf of the company.
  • Ability to select, train, lead and coach personnel.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects or meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding salary and personnel issues.
