You’ll lead the full lifecycle of aircraft onboarding projects, manage regulatory compliance initiatives, and oversee vendor and training programs. This is a high-impact role for an aviation professional who thrives on precision, regulatory expertise, and cross-departmental collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new aircraft, ensuring full regulatory and operational readiness
- Manage conformity processes using Monday.com checklists (~30 action items)
- Oversee OpSpecs revisions and coordinate FAA communications
- Support MEL (Minimum Equipment List) and ACCL (Approved Configuration Control List) management
- Oversee vendor compliance programs, including Approved Vendor List (AVL) and RII training coordination
- Prepare and present quarterly CASS (Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System) reports
- Manage compliance-related audits (DCT, external, internal)
- Maintain forms, document control, and manual revisions
- Coordinate QA synchronization meetings using Monday.com, Loop, and Planner
- Maintain digital and physical record-keeping systems, including Bluetail
- Deliver training programs on compliance systems, software, and processes
- Manage centralized Aircraft Master Information documents
- Coordinate with maintenance, business development, and operational teams
To do well in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of aviation operations experience (Part 135/91 preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and aviation compliance systems (CAMP, Bluetail)
- Experience with quality assurance, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Ability to manage sensitive compliance information with strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented approach with zero tolerance for compliance errors
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving regulatory and company needs
- Ability to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening
