Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a data-driven and strategic Pricing Analyst to help shape our pricing strategy and drive revenue growth across our national portfolio of locations. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will play a critical part in analyzing pricing performance, identifying opportunities, supporting promotional strategy, and ensuring pricing decisions align with guest value, operational realities, and margin goals.

This position works closely with Strategic Operations, Marketing, FP&A, and Location Management to bring insight, structure, and innovation to pricing decisions, leveraging data, AI tools, and competitive benchmarking to improve results and guest outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Pricing Strategy & Execution

• Support the development of data-informed pricing strategies across attractions, food & beverage, retail, and packages

• Analyze historical performance, elasticity, and profitability to recommend optimized pricing models

• Collaborate with SVP of Strategic Operations and CCO to align pricing with local market dynamics and guest expectations


Promotions & Campaign Analytics

• Evaluate effectiveness of promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs; provide recommendations for improvement

• Partner with marketing to structure A/B tests and measure ROI on pricing-related campaigns

• Support the evolution of pricing levers that drive same-store sales and guest frequency


Revenue Optimization & Reporting

• Build and maintain pricing dashboards and tools to track trends, variances, and business impact

• Leverage AI, machine learning, and predictive models to improve pricing precision and responsiveness

• Provide insights to leadership on pricing risks and opportunities across products, regions, and seasons


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with FP&A to model pricing impact on EBITDA, labor, and gross margins

• Partner with field operators to ensure pricing strategies are executable and aligned with the guest experience

• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to senior leaders, location managers, and peers

Requirements

 

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or business analytics

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Excel mastery required

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Comfort with AI/ML platforms or exposure to predictive analytics tools

• Strong business acumen and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, location-based entertainment, or multi-unit operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance)

• Familiarity with A/B testing, elasticity modeling, and dynamic pricing principles
