We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Design Manager to bridge the gap between fiber design and community engagement. This mid-level role supports pre-sales efforts by reviewing proposed FTTH pathways, engaging stakeholders, and helping secure property approvals across HOAs, apartments, and mobile home parks.

Job Description:

• Lead board presentations (in person and virtual) for new fiber deployments
• Interpret fiber design plans and coordinate feedback with design vendors
• Present technical solutions in clear terms to non-technical audiences
• Support virtual and in-person meetings to drive project approvals
• Manage documentation, CRM updates, and follow-ups across assigned communities
• Coordinate closely with internal sales team, design vendors, and management to ensure accurate and up-to-date project visibility.
• Travel within market up to 40%; occasional evening or weekend availability required

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in telecom, broadband, or FTTH industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
