McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a candidate to fill the extraordinarily crucial role of Evening & Weekend Intake Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work as the first point of contact for potential clients. Those with experience in sales understand the importance of a quality first impression.
Applicants must have a positive attitude, be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure and detail-oriented.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive new client leads including online inquiries and telephone inquiries.
- Follow-up on new leads
- Review sign-up documents with new client
Qualifications and Experience:
- This position requires 3 afternoon/evening shifts and one full shift on Saturday or Sunday (schedule to be negotiated)
- Minimum of one year of office work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales.
- Strong date-entry skills.
We will provide comprehensive training and support for the right person.
