Hybrid Product Administrator bei Crystal Clean LLC

Purpose: The Product Administrator position functions as key support for the Product Administration team by performing data entry and administrative functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify pricing on invoices in Coupa
• Log and create daily control sheets for washer fluid invoices
• Log Oil prices within CCMS system
• Communicate with vendors regarding price increases
• Assist Product Managers as assigned
• Provide general office and administrative support such as emailing, scanning, faxing, filing, and preparing/printing company correspondence letters 
• Become knowledgeable with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Team player who is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Self-directed individual requiring minimal supervision
• Reliability
• Good number aptitude
• Above-average computer skills
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Power Point
• 2-4 years of business or customer service experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00, and includes benefits such as the following:
