Travel across various regions of Ohio to visit patients in their homes.
Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Checks.

What You’ll Need:
At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
6+ months in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
Experience with Medicare Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits.
A willingness to travel across the state (you’ll start in Northern Ohio).
Bonus: Prior home health experience is a huge plus!
