Hybrid Travel Care Group Supervisor bei Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation

Position Summary: Assist assured compliance with Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) agreements and departmental objectives.  Oversees daily operations of Bethel TMC.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 

• Working knowledge of Travel and Medicaid preferred
• 6 months experience as supervisor preferred
• Be able to type 45wpm 10 key by touch

License, Certification, Registration:

• Complete and Pass State of Alaska HIPPA course
• Valid State of Alaska Driver’s License
• 1^st Aide/CPR certification or be certifiable within one hear of hire
• Medical Terminology within one year of hire
• Excel Certified within one year of hire

Equipment/Tools:

• Basic Office Equipment

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to multi-task between different computer programs, retaining different passwords as needed. 
• Must be able to complete a variety of tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet reporting and completion deadlines with attention to detail. 
• This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.  Must have excellent analytical, organization, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. 
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner independently on limited but adequate information.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees all daily operations of Travel Care Group
