Key Responsibilities

As our Shop Foreman, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service department—ensuring quality work, smooth workflow, and happy customers, every day.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
• Dispatch work orders and manage shop flow efficiently
• Monitor and uphold the highest repair quality standards
• Troubleshoot and support diagnostic challenges
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools and equipment
• Maintain service records and parts inventory
• Champion safety and compliance at all times
• Be a go-to resource for both your team and customers

? What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a manager—we’re hiring a leader with a passion for luxury vehicles and a heart for hospitality.

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive service environment, luxury experience required, Mercedes-Benz experience highly preferred!
• Proven success as a Shop Foreman, Lead Tech, or similar role
• Deep knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and highline brands
• Clear, confident communicator and coach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy with diagnostic software and service systems
• High “HQ” – Hospitality Quotient: kindness, curiosity, integrity, and empathy
• Mercedes-Benz factory certifications or ASE certifications a strong plus!

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
• Able to work in shop conditions—noise, tools, and occasional grease included
