Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Duties: The Procurement Manager has primary responsibility for leading a team across strategic purchasing management, sourcing, procurement, and inbound logistics functions for both direct and indirect materials from RFQ to contract negotiation in a manufacturing environment. Provide leadership, insight, and direction to a team of Analysts and Buyers. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control leadership to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions. Manage and improve vendor performance metrics across quality, delivery, and cost. Oversee procurement projects from supplier selection and sourcing through implementation. Lead cost savings efforts through negotiation, sourcing, and inventory optimization. Lead negotiations and contract management with vendor partners. Continually assesses commodity market conditions to monitor potential impact to the Company. May travel to various and unanticipated supplier locations throughout the United States up to 10% of the time. Annual Salary: $126,131 - $147,055.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field plus two years of manufacturing/purchasing experience. Must have at least 2 years of experience in each of the following: Supply Chain Management; Operations/Manufacturing Experience; Project Management; MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI; Demand Planning & Forecasting; Data Analysis; ERP System; Negotiation & Contract Management; Inventory & Warehouse Management; and Team Building/Leadership.
