About our Content Analytics team

Our team is responsible for providing data-centric insights that enable the optimization of our flight content acquisition and processing. We use extensive datasets to support booking channel performance, improve autobooking efficiency and ensure data quality across our systems. Our work directly impacts Kiwi.com's ability to offer our customers unique travel combinations and a smooth booking experience worldwide. We combine technical expertise with business understanding to build data-informed recommendations across multiple teams and stakeholders.


What you will do
  • You will conduct complex ad-hoc analysis using BigQuery and Looker, delivering insights that support thoughtful decision-making.
  • By creating and maintaining dashboards for key business metrics, you will help make data accessible and meaningful for stakeholders.
  • You will work with Looker's analytical layer, defining explores, measures and dimensions to support robust data exploration.
  • You will collaborate on building data models and support data quality through rigorous QA processes in collaboration with our data engineers.
  • You will evaluate and improve our complex flight booking and data acquisition systems, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • You’ll create data-informed recommendations by sharing practical insights with our flight content ecosystem.
  • You will help develop monitoring and alerting tools for product operations, enabling proactive incident detection and prevention.


    • What you will need
  • Your strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
  • You have experience with BI tools (we use Looker) and a solid understanding of data modeling and data quality standards.
  • You can translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights that drive results.
  • You bring experience working with large datasets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams.
  • Your excellent communication skills in English enable you to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You have an analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
  • You are capable of working independently while aligning with and contributing to team goals.
