We’re now expanding in Spain — and looking for curious and driven people to join the journey.


Mission

As a Product Marketing Intern, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Product Marketing Manager for Spain to help bridge the gap between our product, the market, and the sales team. You’ll play a key role in researching the competitive landscape, understanding customer needs, and equipping our commercial teams with the insights and tools they need to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Competitor Analysis
Weekly updates of competitor intelligence and benchmarks
Monthly presentations to the Sales team on competitive insights
Keeping Battle Cards up to date and actionable

2. Market Research
Conduct deep-dives on customer personas
Deliver a monthly market trends report (e.g. legal changes, industry shifts)
Research on specific market topics like Shift Management in Spain

3. Sales Enablement
Maintain and improve product sales presentations
Analyze 5 demo calls/week via Modjo + AI tools to extract key objections and opportunities
Provide clear and structured feedback to improve sales conversations

4. Customer Research
Analyze customer support tickets and reviews to identify pain points
Conduct short interviews to validate product hypotheses and guide product discovery


Profile

Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.)
Previous internship or 6+ months of work experience
Strong digital skills (Google Slides, Excel, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Curious mindset and attention to detail
High level of written and spoken English and Spanish (day-to-day work language)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Availability for a 6–8h/day internship
Eligible for a university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)


Recruitment process (in Spanish and English)

Step 1: Phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes)
Step 2: Interview with the Product Marketing Manager, who will be your mentor (45minutes)
