We are looking for a sales associate to work in our Store located in the C.C La Cañada (Marbella)
- 30 hours per week.
- Immediate onboarding.
- Temporary contract 1-2 months.
- High english level.
- Motivation, very good attitude.
- Previus experience in retail sector.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity.
- Maximize each sales opportunity to achieve individual and store goals, as well as improve KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs, and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to inquiries about price, location, features, benefits and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure that all customer orders and modifications are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Optimize sales with product knowledge, recommend and attract customers' attention to products, in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Take advantage of every opportunity to acquire customers in order to expand the HUGO BOSS database, and gain repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrable experience in Retail Sales within a Fashion brand.
- Ability to cope with change.
- Excellent Personal Image.
- Being able to carry out several tasks at once and complete them successfully.
- High level of English, C1 Advantage.
- Other languages are an asset.
