We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, leading a team of operatives, and ensuring adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
The shift hours are from 16..00pm to 4.00am.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all night shift activities on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead and manage a team of operatives, ensuring productivity targets and quality standards are met.
- Carry out shift handovers and maintain clear communication with day shift supervisors and site management.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and shift reports.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members follow company health and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety incidents.
- Support and enforce site policies and procedures, including the use of PPE and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite throughout the shift.
- Conduct absence management including Return to work interviews and first line disciplinary action.
