About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and imaginative Junior Art Director to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious creative professional who is passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact. As a Junior Art Director, you will support the execution of compelling visual concepts, contribute to campaign development, and collaborate across disciplines to help bring bold ideas to life. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, gaining hands-on experience and growing your creative skill set within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development & Execution

  • Assist in bringing Irvine Partners’ creative vision to life through visually engaging concepts and design support.

  • Brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and brand assets that align with client objectives.

  • Take ownership of smaller-scale creative projects, delivering high-quality work that meets strategic goals and brand standards.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our creative offering by exploring new ideas, formats, and visual approaches.

Campaign Support & Learning

  • Support senior creatives in the development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Create content and design assets that reflect client tone, guidelines, and campaign direction.

  • Participate in ideation, research, and concept development to uncover insights that inform impactful creative solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and forward-thinking.

Collaboration & Contribution

  • Work collaboratively across creative, digital, and strategic teams to ensure cohesive and effective executions.

  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing thoughtful ideas and visual perspectives.

  • Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables with accuracy, attention to detail, and creative polish.

  • Embrace constructive feedback as a tool for growth and refinement, elevating the quality of your creative output.

Growth & Development

  • Take initiative in developing your creative and technical skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on learning.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to experiment with new techniques and formats.

  • Build confidence in articulating creative ideas and presenting work internally and externally.

Requirements:

Education:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related creative field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment (internships included).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing original concepts, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver on brief across multiple mediums.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion graphics or digital tools is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional creative work.
