Hybrid Junior Air Freight Controller bei Rhenus Logistics (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Registering of Air Import or Export Files on Cargo Wise
• Handling of handover over shipments to local agents.
• Tracking & Monitoring of shipments from origin until final delivery to client.
• Booking of collections and deliveries with Transporters
• Liaising with service providers
• Updating E-docs and notes on Cargo Wise
• Send daily status reports / updates to customers
• Other general functions associated
• Approving of third-party Invoices
• Arranging payments of third-party invoices 
• Daily Invoicing of files

Knowledge & Experience:

• Matric or equivalent of Senior certification
• A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in Clearing & Forwarding.
• Knowledge on Cargo Wise
• Office programmes Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
