Program Introduction:

Kaleidocode Pivot's 12-month Apprenticeship Program is a sought-after graduate program that will accelerate your career in Software Development.

Our 2026 program will take you through bootcamps in functional testing, coding, test automation, business analysis and agile project management, devops and secops. The program includes working on a commercial software team to gain client project experience.

The apprenticeship is a one-year contract, intended to transition into a permanent role thereafter, either within the Kaleidocode family; or with one of our client partners. The apprenticeship position is a full-time role, 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm with a salary and leave benefits.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Diploma, Degree or post-degree qualification within the faculties of IT or Computer Science or Software Development
• Graduated in the last 2 years
• South African citizen
• The position is located in Durban, KZN (relocation at own cost)
• Strong English comprehension, verbal and written business language skills
• Available to start in January 2026 and work with us full time for the year, with a view to follow on with a permanent role thereafter
• Passionate and dedicated to learning and growing your skills
