Join Kurtosys as a Design Team Lead and become the driving force behind our client-facing design delivery. This is more than a team lead role—it’s a chance to shape the design culture at Kurtosys while delivering exceptional client outcomes. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team that blends digital finesse with document rigor, ensuring every solution built on our platform is intuitive, compliant, and client-ready. You’ll work closely with product, development, and client teams to translate complex requirements into scalable design systems that elevate the client experience.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities for Design Lead


Strong Technical Expertise in Both Digital and Document Design The Design Lead must demonstrate deep proficiency across both digital and document-based design environments, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output across platforms.


  • Proficiency with Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating and managing document templates. Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor for building and maintaining digital experiences.
  • Figma for Collaborative UI/UX Design: Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, facilitating real-time collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining design consistency across digital products.
  • Understanding of CSS and JSON: Ability to interpret and guide the customization of user interfaces using CSS within JSON structures, particularly in templated or automated design systems.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: Familiarity with both digital design workflows and document automation processes. This includes supporting and mentoring team members in upskilling efforts across these domains.
