Throughout the year, we recruit newly qualified graduates for our 12-month Graduate Yes4Youth Programme. This programme offers you the opportunity to gain valuable practical work experience and theoretical training while earning a salary, laying the foundation for a successful career in the Financial Services industry.
You will be supported by a structure of mentors who will guide you through your training, assist with work challenges, and provide a friendly chat when needed. Your performance will be reviewed continuously.

What You Will Bring to the Role
You possess a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and developing new skills. Additionally, you excel in teamwork, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Key skills and requirements:
To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID number.
- Aged between 18 - 34 years
- Possess a valid South African Grade 12 matric certificate.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised South African institution with a specific interest in Business Administration and a degree in future orientated skills to like AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics.
- Not have participated in a Yes4Youth Programme before
- Applicants must be unemployed
- Maintain an above-average tertiary academic aggregate.
- Competency in MS Office applications
- Good English skills and numeracy
